Terms and Conditions

• CHECK-IN time is at 2:00pm | CHECK-OUT time is at 12:00pm.
• Guarantee Policy: Reservations are held until 6:00pm unless guaranteed by a CREDIT CARD or a DEPOSIT.
• A security deposit of MYR100 is required on arrival, and will be fully refunded upon check-out, minus the cost of any extra charges during your stay.
• Extended time of 1 hour after check-out time is chargeable at 50% of the normal room rates.
• Full charge for extended stay applies for 2 hours after check-out time.
• Late check-out or extending of stay is subject to room availability.
• All rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Major credits cards are accepted.
• All Room rates are not inclusive of breakfast.
• The room rates are based on room per night.
• Foreign tourists will be charged a flat rate of MYR10.00 per room per night as Tourism Tax effective 1st September 2017.
• Full charges will be imposed should reservation is cancelled within 24 hours.
• Balance of refund not claimed within 24 hours will be considered forfeited.
• Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• All Room keys must be returned to the Reception Counter upon Check-out. RM50.00 will be charged for non-returned or damaged room keys.

Group Booking Policy

• Full payment must be made before 3 days of arrival date for booking for than 3 rooms.

Cancellation policy:
This booking is Non-refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at your hotel at the booked date and time will be treated as a No-Show and No refund will be given.
